1. Booking Policy
- All bookings are confirmed only after receiving an advance payment.
- Full payment must be made before the start of the tour.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 15+ days before the trip: 90% refund.
- Cancellations made 7–14 days before: 50% refund.
- No refund if canceled less than 7 days before the trip.
3. Itinerary Changes
- HimalayanNest reserves the right to make minor changes in the itinerary due to weather or road conditions without prior notice.
4. Liability
- We are not responsible for delays, natural disasters, or political disturbances affecting the tour.
- Customers are responsible for their own belongings.
5. Vehicle Policy
- Vehicles provided by AR Holidays are subject to availability and conditions.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by the guest will be chargeable.
6. Hotel Policy
- Hotel Kia reserves the right to allot rooms based on availability.
- Check-in and check-out timings are fixed unless pre-agreed.
