At HimalayanNest, once your trip is confirmed, ALL arrangements are prepaid to our partners (hotels, transport, permits, etc.). Therefore, we maintain a zero-tolerance cancellation policy in most cases.
By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:
π΄ Cancellation Charges .

| 15β29 days | 75% of the total package cost |
| Less than 15 days | 100% of the total package cost (No Refund) |
πΉ Booking advance (10%) is non-refundable in ALL cases β no exceptions.
πΉ Cancellation is accepted only in writing via email or official WhatsApp.
β οΈ Absolutely NO Refund Will Be Provided If:
- Cancellation is made within 15 days of travel
- No-shows or leaving the tour midway
- Missed services due to illness, delays, or personal reasons
- Invalid or missing ID/age proof at check-in
- Permit or hotel denial due to wrong information
β No Refunds for Force Majeure Conditions
This includes but is not limited to:
- Landslides, snowfall, floods, roadblocks
- Political unrest, curfews, strikes, or riots
- Pandemic lockdowns, health advisories, or travel bans
No refunds or rescheduling is guaranteed. All incurred expenses are chargeable.
π§Ύ Postponement / Modifications
Any changes in date, destination, or group size after confirmation will be treated as a cancellation.
New bookings must be made with fresh charges. No credits or carry-forwards allowed.
π³ Refund Rules (If Eligible)
- Only applicable for cancellations made 30+ days in advance
- All refunds are subject to deduction of vendor penalties, taxes & admin fees
- Processed within 15+ business days via original payment method
- No cash refunds under any condition
